Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CenTex Jump & Party Rentals! Before booking your rental, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. By reserving with us, you agree to the following:

1. Reservations & Payments

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards.

2. Delivery & Setup

• All rentals are for one day. You'll be asked for your desired delivery and pickup times during booking.
• We aim to arrive as close to your requested delivery time as possible. Setup and takedown are included in your rental.
• Ensure clear access to the setup area. A minimum 4-foot-wide path is required; some units may need up to 6 feet of clearance.
• Setup surfaces must be level and free of debris. Grass is ideal, but turf or pavement can work with proper preparation. We cannot set up on gravel, sand, or uneven surfaces.
• Access to electricity must be within 50 feet of the setup location unless a generator is rented.

3. Safety & Supervision

• An adult (18+) must supervise all inflatable use at all times.
• Equipment should be used as intended. No flips, roughhousing, or overcrowding.
• Do not move or reposition units after setup.

4. Weather Policy

• Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, heavy rain), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.
• If cancellation is due to unsafe weather before setup, any deposits may be credited toward a future rental.

5. Cleaning & Condition

• All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before every rental.
• Please avoid food, drinks, gum, and shoes inside inflatables.
• Customers may be charged for excessive cleaning, damage, or misuse.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event if proper notice is given.
• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

7. Liability & Damages

• CenTex Jump & Party Rentals is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow guidelines.
• Renter assumes full responsibility for equipment during the rental period.

8. Legal Fine Print

• These terms are subject to change at any time. By booking a rental, you agree to all terms listed herein.
